It is our pleasure to announce the opening of “超空間 INBETWEEN” at the Shanghai Gallery of Art at Three on the Bund. This group exhibition of three artists: architect Kengo Kuma; designer Shiro Kuramata; and artist Anish Kapoor, is curated by Toshio Shimizu.

Under the exhibition theme, “materiality/non-materiality and transparency/non-transparency”, the three artists created their own unique spaces. Three different approaches taken by the three artists interine with one another to create a strong and dense“inbetween”space in the gallery. In commemoration of this exhibition, a symposium will be held. Kengo Kuma, Wu Jiang, Toshio Shimizu will talk on the theme”The Prospect of Future Urban Development and Architecture”.
