The horsecar used to run by the construction site, connecting Shimbashi and Nihombashi area, is used as a motif.
Old prints and photographs used for the artwork show the landscape of those two areas at that time (Meiji era).
 
The graphic is constructed that a focused image is dissolved into a colour mosaic and it fades into the temporary enclosure, colouring the brief moment to pass by. Not only the prints and photographs themselves, also extracted colours ornaments the temporary enclosure and the construction site.
